Do they do it in a sitting position like girls or standing up like guys? And for that matter, do they pee in the men or women bathroom?

Most are looking to represent themselves as much like a women as possible...so I would suggest sitting down. As far as going into the mens or womens bathroom...that's pretty much dependant on the establishment they are in...whether or not they feel comfortable using the ladies room. If they do feel comfortable, most would use the ladies room.
