do you need inside before you start sending traffic? What's a good amount of scenes before you can charge people for access..

few ways to do it.. get a couple movies put it behind an AVS and promote the AVS, get 10 movies get a 3rd party proc mak it $5 or $10/mon, get 50 movies 3rd party proc, add plug-ins, live and shit and charge a full entrace fee/trials etc.

If your scenes are good you don't need 10 before you can open the doors, I'd say 5-6 is a good start. Especially if you also have some decent feeds/pluggins, or other paysites to give members access too. :2 cents:

Whatever the amount of pics / videos your cc proccessor allows on the minium side to open and activiate the site.

You can start smaller and increase the price as you add more content. Oh, that's what I did...

Surfers dig the lower price and don't mind the increase if you are updating new stuff all the time...

They convert like crazy.. Plus we got some hot chicks =$$

Of course that was incredibly unique and they gave the members access to realbutts to keep them happy between updates.

4-6 is enough to start if you've got some feeds and whatnot to keep them busy inbetween the new scenes.

As if opening up just another cookie cutter site filled with pics and videos is such groundbreaking originality, but yet there are plenty of those opening up every day.

I'm not bothered and I really didn't mean it in a negative way...Which is why I asked what his reality was..People who shoot their content in 1 person POV now are automatically calling it a reality site..and I agree,hate the cookie cutter sites..but i also hate the cookie cutter "reality" designed sites

yeah I'd say thats a reality site.. To me a reality site is basically what porno has always been,scripted stories, BUT are somewhat believable..have a real life quality to them,like the guy next door doing what he does every Friday night but just happens to have a camera with him type of reality...Martins's idea sounds straight to me

to answer your question ole' marty Mart,I'd say go 9 scenes..you need a 3 page tour and if you're going for that typical reality site design,3 girls to a page... OR as your mainpage you put your new updated girl and story and thumbs at the bottom linking to the other girls pages,that would fly with only 6 scenes... but nothing less than 6 no matter what design you use :winkwink: and I'll suggest gotjizz as your plugin,has about 40 "reality" 1st person POV shoots...You'll be good to go
