Well, thought I clarified....

The offer wasn't from _our_ site, and we didn't offer it. So you're not going to find out much about it from logging into _our_ site.

Besides, at the prices we're selling at, I need the customers to return again. We're trying to undersell and overdeliver.

Nothing beats having happy customers. They're the best advertising in the world.

Hmm.. they do work but when you get in all you can see two sets for $69 and no free set.

Ill do a 10 times better design than that for 100 bucks. dead set it just doesn't make someone feel confident about buying something from a site that looks like that.

I have to wonder what the response would be if someone used them for hosting and had a problem ... hmmm

the thing is, I liked the content and would have NO PROBLEM buying several sets. It was original and different but when someone spams the boards to sell or even give something away then don't follow through, that person gets a reputation. Why would I go purchase hosting or content from someone like that? Would I tell others to purchase from them? Heck no.

On the other hand, when they DO follow through, they get the benefit of word of mouth from one webmaster to another in a positive light.

ah well *shrug* .... some people just don't get it I guess LOL

I also emailed him about the free set and got jack shit. Why is it 99% of the time something free is offered here it never comes through?

And I agree with another poster, unique stuff, would've actually bought some but not if I can't even get a reply for the free stuff :(

I really liked his content and would have persuaded myself to buy. lol you know how i am when it comes to buying content.
I just buy and buy and buy.

But if someone can't respond back to you after you have sent your reply back to him, then i just add them to the list i have of those never to buy from.

Seems these days, that list is getting pretty big. :(
