Dont necessarily agree with Erics pricing policy - he must be crazy - but hey what a %$# deal for webmasters.

Likewise I dont agree that content needs to be unique or exclusive... but each to their own strategy...

I know Im bound to get a few flames - but my give a fuck factor is sufficiently low.

Paid my money - got instant FTP access and currently downloading at an average of 900kb.

Anyway - short answer is I paid the asking price - nothing less, nothing more, and if he or any other webmaster makes similar content available at such a great deal - I will again happily purchase and be glad that naysayers like yourself ensure that other webmasters wont jump all over the deal and "devalue" the content... (which I think is a bunk theory anyway).

If Joe from AMA has any legal basis to stop Eric from reselling the content as per their original contract - then once the content has been removed from Erics site and he posts some "Im sorry" message, then I will simply request a refund or enforce it via paypal - or if no luck with them, then back through VISA.

Until that happens - I think I got a great deal and cant wait till the next one.

All I know is that you're spamming SoBe's videos less than 24-hours after SoBe got banned for spamming (and presumably other issues). If you bought three weeks ago you should be fine. Amacontent says he only had a problem with people who are continuing to buy it. Suggest you contact Amacontent and he will most likely give you the relevant licensing docs.

Further proof that people really don't care if they're using the same content 1,000 other people are using. But hey, it's worked for Holio for years. *cough*

In all honesty AMA is a pretty nice guy, and shoots some good quality stuff. It's unfortunate that SoBe had to go to such lengths to make himself a few bucks. I just hope that webmasters don't interpret his actions as anything noble, merely a last-ditch effort to make some cash off his incredibly whored-out content sets.

I'm glad I deal with the distributor who will continue to get AMA's new stuff, since SoBe obviously won't be.

My condolences to anyone who paid more than $2.50 per set for SoBe's stuff, despite what he says it is disrespectful to your customer base to turn around and sell things you've sold others for 1000% less. But SoBe doesn't care about repeat customers, that much is obvious.
