We do NOT block those countries. But with v2 we will as we will have higher payotus and cant pay more for addies that dont give us a chance to make any money back :)

block, probably not.

ive heard of sponsors redirecting foreign traffic (most likely to a dialer), no clue about the Hawg operations though.
