anyone use them and willing to help me set something up?

ok i just sent off my request for activation... once that is done i wanna setup the affilate program.. are you familar with this? i have it setup from ccbill right now but tranfering from ccbill to globill (cause of visa) and it doesnt look as clear cut as ccbills

Have you asked Globill? They would be the experts and they normally as incredibly helpful, and will actually do things for you to help you set things up.

Start saving your $$$. $750 would be a good start. In US funds.

setting up the affiliate program is pretty easy... and they have a very detailed tutorial written for it as well.

GloBill will either be charging the $750 USD Visa fees or be following suit like AC Pay and banning Canadian customers from Visa transactions altogether in all likelyness. Going offshore is an option if you have ~$3000 USD to do so, or you can register in the US if you have everything in order for what, $400 USD plus the $750 Visa fees.

You should have a couple months anyhow.
