After begging for the licenses for the content, she finally sent me one from Jact (none of the others yet)


If i have to toss all the content, thats fine ... the design is still worth it. But if i cant get the splash and tours licensed, im pretty much fucked.

Im hoping matrix (or whoever) will sell me a license for just the pics involved.

I just dug out the old thread..This guys wife sold his site on him..I knew it was too good to be true.If it is Matrix,the content is Non transferable.My buddy went through the same shit.They won't sell the license to you.

matrix content goes for $50-$60 bucks a set and I see you also have "Sky" on the second page of the tour which is a matrix set. You're looking at buying at least 3 sets I can see just by peeking.

And no, they aren't going to sell you "just the images used on the site"

and look at all of the little pics, those could very well be matrix sets too. At least one of them on the first page looks familiar. And on the join page, there's Sky yet again. Hope it's from the same set as the other ones. If i were you, I'd get my money back unless there's a shitload of licensed content in the members area that you don't have to pay for!

At this point im ready to trash the entire members area and try to salvage the splash and tours ... i have enough of my own content to fill the members area.

these content providers are assholes or what? if i buy content for a site, and 2 years after someone offers me $200 000 for my site, i 'd have to say "huh, sorry i cannot sell it , my license is non transferable"?
