Truth of the matter is no one is on hold for hours. There's a big ole clock on one wall that has all the call in hold times on it, and it's right where management can see it. If there was a hold time on there that was that long, the entire place would be in an uproar.

Did you ever contact FlashCash? We would only charge you $35 if you requested a physical electron card. And if you didn't get it we would obviously credit you back.

The number of people who glow about eP to FlashCash support is huge. Occasionlly there is confusion but it is always resolved. EPassporte have a quality staff and considering the obvious complexities of a new payment system, I have been extremely impressed.
