There are many Rackshack haters and fans (I'm the latter) on GFY. But I suggest the most reliable source of information would be the Rackshack boards: http://forum.rackshack.net/ .

I like using them, but your HAVE to be able to completly manage your own server. they are NO help in that area

depends on where you use your server for. It might be okay for TGP galleries.

it isn't always right, sometimes you pay much much more than you need to pay to get the same service :)

Goto EXTREMERACK.

They have the same prices and servers, but the servers are FULLY MANAGED

I have two servers with them. One has been stable with no problems the other has had some down time.

They reboot quickly and are faily cost effective. Even though they charge 1.50 per each meg over 400 they seem to miss billing this.

I have been over on several months but did not get billed. cool.

I would recommend them.

That's not correct. The allowance is now 700gig/month
and overages are $0.75 per gig.

Rackshack is good if you know how to admin your own box if not I would use sinhost or simplecom.net both really good imo

Year and a half with no problems. I have two boxes.
