Fuckin contacts.. eyes "gasping" for air sensation

my right eye is fucked.

it seems as though its gasping for air, the feeling you get when wind is softly blowin into your eye, making em burn

the damn contact is so uncomfortable in there, i can feel it and the sensation is driving me nuts

i thought it was the contact at first, so i transferred the contact from my left to the right but it didnt help.. then i got a new contact and put it on and still nothing

i tried visine, visine cool, and those natural tears to help make it stop but nothing helps

what the fuck is wrong?

Take a day off from contacts or get laser eye surgery.

Never ever ever transfer one contact already in an eye to the other. You're risking serious infection, especially if its from an eye already irritating you.

How long has it been since you put in a fresh pair?

Be sure to wash your hands twice before inserting and handling contacts.

Don't put contacts down on any surface. Bathroom counters are loaded with bacteria everywhere.

It's possible you have a minute tear in the lens.

I posted what happened to my ex-wife's eye with a contact lens irritation situation on the board. She got permanent scarring on the cornea from a psuedomoneus infection all from not washing her hands when she placed in her lens. (there was psuedomoneous bacteria on her makeup which had transferred to her hand)

i didnt put the right one in left eye, i threw it out, and put left one (contact was fine) into right. fresh pair? 1 day (for monthly contacts). always always wash my hands before handling em. never would put em on a surface..
