Start trading links, add other amateur webmasters to your ICQ list, they usually are listed in GFY profiles or you can find it on their website somewhere. If not, ask them their ICQ.

Make the site/tour more inviting! Draw the people in faster! Put up Hardcore Pix on the tour, the more people see the quicker they can join, when you cover the action they have no idea what they are seeing in the members section, link off your cumshots, toy, bj links in the tour to sample pix of what you have going on.

Also, i'd offer more then 50% on the webmaster program, right now you prolly are after traffic and conversions, get people talking, offer webmasters like 65% or more depending on the traffic they are sending. With CCbill and other programs you can offer a higher % to start and then draw it back as time goes on.

There are so many programs paying a lot of loot and PPJ's now a days that 50% is not very inviting! Deff work that tour harder and make your entrance page crazy and draw them pervs in.
