sordid certificates

Hello,
need a certificate provider that does not ask to many questions,
(or none at all)
yet browser dont display that annoying warning window.
Help will be very appreciated it.

Honestly, I don't think you're going to find such a thing. The certificate authority has a responsibility to confirm the identity of the certificate holder before issuing a certificate. That's the whole premise behind having a trusted certificate.
