I've met lots of intelligent blondes, actually. Ofcourse, if you already believe blondes are less intelligent, chances are you're gonna interpret things you see or hear within your own paradigm, which almost always will strengthen it.

Besides that, why would hair color have anything to do with intelligence in the first place? The only reason that the idea of blondes being dumb exists is because of some lame, old sexist idea.

I think he was just trying to stir some shit. Successfully, I might add.

However, the idea of blondes being dumb is fairly easy to trace back:

1: Women aren't intelligent.
2: (after feminist uprisings and such) Ok, maybe some women are intelligent. But those must be the ugly, unattractive ones. (in other words, not "real women")
3: Blondes are hot! (blonde has been a fashion ideal for quite some time)
4: Hot, feminine women can't be intelligent. Ergo, blondes are dumb. (and let's not forget that stupidity has actually been thought of as an attractive characteristic in women for decades - even now, most men don't want women that are more intelligent or more succesful than themselves)

The same goes for ideas like women with big tits being dumb, or women with glasses being smart.

My daughter is blonde, and is graduating from UC Davis on Saturday, with a B.S. in Human Development, and doing it in only three years :thumbsup
