I think it is safe to say that soon, thankfully, porn spam will have special laws against it. It would be nice to cut down on 90% of my spam, and encourage some of our fellow webmasters to actually learn how to market.

Even if I'm going too far, I bet people can agree that little kids shouldn't be getting adult-oriented spam. Someone on here pointed out that it would be like telemarketing phone sex, and not hanging up when a kid answers.

the London version of the BBC evening news did a story on spam tonight. It was about the evil spammers that will come after you and try to kill you if you reply to them. Focused on a guy that moved to a house boat so that if the spammers that threatened his life came after him he could just float away.

Irresponsible spammers should suffer. I don't think you're going too far with it. Hopefully any laws that come from it won't affect legitimate operations.

yeah I agree... I only use double opt... I think thats the way to go anymore :thumbsup
