For those of you who work from home and shoot your own content....

Where do you do you model interviews?

We are taking out our first ad this week but we need a place to meet these people before we do...

Any suggestions..... Anyone in AZ want to rent us out space for this purpose only?

Didn't think it appropriate for models... since I hear that most that answer the ad's are crack whores

Do you inside your neighbor's home while they are gone. That way if the model is a crack whore, they will hit their place and not your's :Graucho

In that case many empty business locations (for rent/lease) will often gladly rent to people for a day or week etc. Just ussually costs a little more than if you rented or leased in for long term. They just ussually will require a deposit and advance payment.

If they ask you what it is for, tell them you are doing interviews for a door to door sales job or some mlm thing. (i.e. lie)

Then just furnish it with rent to own crap that you will return shortly.

if they're crack whores meet them directlly at the Motel 6.

Yes... looking for that now.... Most of these ads are for more than I want or can afford....

Trying a few realtors but nothing so far... not in my price range anyway.... LOL

Find non realator ones, owners are easier to deal with and do not work on some commission. Short term leases earn an agent next to nothing.

Where are you going to take the photos at? I hope it's not your home. It's a bad idea to let models know where you live and get a good look at any nice things you own.

Have a studio lined up for 16 an hour... our equipment and their lights, backdrops and anything else we need.

By the way, industrial locations are dirt cheap, and offer the most flexability for shooting.

That would be prefered.... I do not want corporate office space.. LOL

In every major city, there are business centres that rent space by the day, week and month. some even rent conference centre by the hour. Use the Yellow pages to find one near you.
