well , I will tell ya something from my own expirience , when I was 18 years old , my weight was around 140 kg , after something like 7 months I was around 80 kg , it`s about 60 kg less in 7 months , the secret is : stop eating damn !! just cut off your ration x5 , eat a bit once in 2 days , it`s will be hard period , but you will see the results right away. :Graucho

drinking lots of water too? I swear, i am going to drop most of my weight from running up and down to the loo. Mind you, I will be crabby becaues I can't sleep the night through without having to go now that I am drinking this much water.

The simple fact is, to lose weight, you gotta exercise more, eat less - but for some reason most ppl prefer to buy useless ab machines / pills / waste their money on some stupid program that offers quick & easy weight loss! & really, punkworld, you've hit the nail right on the head - just doing those things is enough to keep the weight off, it's not rocket science, it's just common sense. |

I was 215 pounds in December I am now 180
my secret stop eating fast food I used to have lunch every day at some fast food place now I have cut back my intake of fast food to maybe once every 2 to 3 weeks its worked I need to now start working out and I will be in great shape again maybe as good as I was when I was in the Marines that would be great |
