And when you say AVS site, do you mean like a full blown "gold" AVS or like a "premium" AVS?

How many affiliate paysites pay you directly for upsells within their members area? There are two sources of income from AVS - passes and upsells. Ignore either and you're missing out heavily.

No reason for the model mentioned above to be premium at all. Premium tends to work very well with regular AVS sites as feeders to it rather than just TGP traffic.

i started with avs before i moved to paysites.

but like is being said, the buck stops at you... shit won't do.

Could someone explain HUB precisely, I haven't build so far. I like my traffic to go direct to what I am promoting. How can be HUB used to increase my sales?

think of a hub as a second chance with the surfer. No matter how good you sell there are going to be surfers who aren't going to be interested in clicking on your banners and text links to sponsors. So, have a link somewhere like 'want something else?' or 'more great sites like this' and filter off some of those people. Then they are entered into your hub where all the sites are yours. If they are going to buy from there you get the credit.

My formula would go like this:
1. Build 10 AVS sites
2. Build filter for them
3. Build gallery linking to the filter
4. Repeat

PROAdult is good for basic AVS sales and their Quantum program has retained 70%+ each month for me.

They kick in great extras so it's easy to keep the surfer signed up. It also isn't played out, so selling it isn't that hard.

My 2 cents about AVS.

1) You need a minimum amount of content to get started.
2) You can promise the surfer a lot more than yuo have on your site(s)
3) No special programming required.
4) A lot cheaper to host than galleries or TGP´s
5) You don´t need the $750 Visa fee.
6) Very good conversion
7) Very good retention
8) You can make your own front-end tour anyway you want it.
9) You keep the member in your members area = Upsell (to customers who allready used a credit card to pay for porn)

Ignoring AVS is bad business decision.
