Can anyone tell me how many declines they get at ccbill, comparing to sales? What is a normal average decline ratio at Ccbill?

I can't quote CCBill stats - I don't work for them - but no matter what you are gonna get people complaining that declines aren't right. There is either too many declines or too many chargebacks; There is no medium ground.

I have lower ratios with CCBill than I do with other sponsors. I imagine it's the scrubbing.

our ccbill initial denials as a percentage of total new sales - has always hovered around 10%. some of those people eventually gain access through ccbill. i'm not sure on that number. but i did just run the numbers for the last month

and sure as shit - it was pretty damn close to 10% -

But then if only more companies had someone like Mark working for them. Seems CCBill is one of the first to truly realise the importance of cutsomer service and support and it really does make the world of difference.
