Best gallery submitter?

Whats going on? I am sick of submitting gallerys by hand .. Anyone know the best autosubmitter that lets you submit only to tgps that dont require recips??

Well RussianSubmitter lets you submit to about 700 TGP's and puts in the recips for you, you just upload the pages.

Do you need to put Mysql info and stuff before its submit ( to install everything )
