What if someone stole your site content?
 

OK, let me explain. I was surfing around looking at porn the other day, and I found a BBS on a site of a guy who is actually a good guy--he's on vacation and can't delete the post until he gets back.

On this BBS, there was a post, which I'll try to put at the bottom. This post basically said, "Hey, I have all this adult content, from Adultbouncer, site xyz...", "...if anyone would like to trade some content, I'll set up an ftp".

This guy is probably not a webmaster, but a wanker giving away content. Incidentally, I'm also friends with site xyz. So I tip off xyz webmaster and he sends him a nasty email, to which this fucking guy replies, "Fuck you, I'll do what I want!".

So, my question is, is there a way to FUCK this guy. Like, pretend to want to trade content with him via ftp and then find out who he is and send him 1) a threatening letter from a lawyer, or 2) give him a wicked virus?

Does this make anyone else mad? Or am I being a big fucking pussy-assed baby about the whole thing, and should let fuckers steal content.

Oh, by the way, here's his reply to the email about ceasing and desisting.

"because i feel like it prick the best about it is your site is fucking crap
you ask people to email you with cheap pics and you have the fucking cheek
to ask for money the sad little fucker it not worth testing the

normally we'd send an std email from our legal dept bout a lawsuit, if he's dutch and took content from our dutch sites we'd call his host and mail both him and his host the server would get taken by a court order (consv beslag dont know how this is called in english...) works all the time since most of these guys are on shared hosting so their host will freak and shut the site off to begin with

Anyone have a good example of something I can throw at him? Feel free to post here.

Also, this is just some guy with a hotmail address. Anyway to trace who the hell he is or what host he uses? How do you IP trace a hotmail address. It barely needs mentioning that many people give fake info when signing up for a hotmail address. But maybe the IP is the key.

I'm not that technically inclined, so speak slowly and use small words.

Side note regarding Adult Bouncer...those guys use unlicensed content? Wow, I really did just fall off the turnip truck.
