I name each cigarette and have a personal relationship with it

They say that every cigarette you smoke makes your life 7 minutes shorter.
I know this is true because I had an uncle who smoked his first cigarette ever on an airplane.
He smoked the cigarette, and immediately dropped dead of a heart attack.
