well, seems you don't know much about how things are done in this biz. Only 3 interested content providers on ICQ, guess I'd try Web-Legal :Graucho Now seriously, when you can get your costs down to a half or even a third of your current costs and yet with a high quality level, what would you do? Stay as you are doing now or just kill anybody who wants to take this off your hands? The answer is blowing in the wind... :winkwink:

another one: you're offering .20 per image. Gothweb offers 2500 per 1500 bucks (that's 0.6 per image). My prices are within that range per EXCLUSIVE CUSTOM SHOOTS. Now do the maths: you buy to me, resell it ONCE and recover the money. After that sale, it's 100% profits. But of course, I'd always go the Web Legal way... :glugglug

Well, I guess if you're just a bean counter with no pride in workmanship... (Not meaning to impugn the content you are selling, it's just that as a creative person I market my own stuff because it's part of me. The only exception I've ever made was for a Slovakian photographer friend who has no idea how to market his stuff and in his case I'm not doing it for the "beans.")

man, seriously, do you really think I'm a bean counter? Why don't you stop to think for a while? I can offer that because my costs allows that. I live in a country with really beautiful girls, they cost me very little, I've a fulltime photographer, 3 full time employees, 3 part time, I've location sets, now buying ultra high end video equipment... And yet I'm not into content biz, they just shoot for my upcoming sites. So, let's say I don't want to be a "bean counter". What should I do? Offer my sets in a site, start a bloody competition just to finish selling the sets at 5 bucks like everybody seems to do lately? Or be smart and let that part of the biz to the guys who already are into it? Didn't you ever hear the words "service provider" "outsourcing" "economy"? I'm into that, you can ask people who knows me what kind of "bean counter" I am :) We've just different approachs to business. And yeah, you're welcome to hire us too :thumbsup

Good reply to Unseen, who cares where the content comes from or who shoots it. So long as it is to a standard and the paperwork is correct. We already sell about 5 other photographers work on our site. It is not about ego of "All my own work" it's about $$$
