Selling a Restaurant & Motel Help

My aunt owns a restaurant and Motel in NY and she wants to sell it and advertise the sale over the Internet. She knows I'm a webmaster (but she does not know I am an Adult Webmaster) Now she asking me for help on selling it over the net. Does any here know what is a good source where this can be advertised besides Ebay?
