I agree with the guy above that offered NexCash I have been very happy with the payment and of all the click thru's I use they seem to piss off the surfer the least.

LOL, it's not as complicated as it sounds.
And they pay :)
It's 4 cents per blind click or 10 cents non-blind, and they pay on exits.
here's a ref URL for you but some_idiot has first dibs, of course :)

If you're promoting normal signup or revshares with them
and you also have the blind and PPC banner accounts turned
on. On the exit from a signup or revshare, they put YOUR
blind/PPC banner codes on the popup farm.

Consoles on a tour exit, with FlashCash, who cares, it's extra
money in your pocket for them suggesting the other sites.
