I need a program that tags images.
 

Is there a program out there that TAGs multiple images the same way with any text... like a www.whatever.com in each top right corner.

You can do with Photoshop, use the batch tool.

ok now im confused

in photoshop you have to make Action (record it) and then you can do batch processing

but if you are not so good in photoshop then you will lost too much time doing this so use arles

jbatchit will do it for you.
