... took me a while to get the specs of the box, here it is:

4 x Ultra sparc II procs @ 300 Mhz.
2 megs L2 cache per proc.
4 Gigs of ram.
6 x 18gig Scsi drives, ultra 160 Hot swap
room for 20 drives..
12 x cdrom drive, and floppy.
single power supply, room for three.

... make me an offer !!

... oh, the box is currently located at candidhosting.com, so if you want to buy it but don´t want to pay $1000 for shippment (the fucker weights about 100 kilos) you can just leave it at candid !!

... what´s this buiz has come to? nobody can afford $4K for a kickass box anymore ???

I doubt the e450 is worth 4k anymore.. maybe but I know that shit has droped like mad in value, with the flood of failed .com's plys she'll take up a 1/3 of a a rack.

And I'd doubt most people on here even know what an e450 is :)

Sorry, but I don't think so.

... it has 4 GB RAM and a lot of storage, I think 4k is a good price ... and keep in mind that you´ll have to pay the extra 1k shippement when buying at ebay.

... so if someone wants this box and wants it to stay at candid, the price is ok.

... if not, I may turn it into a minibar ... LOL
