Want to run another pay site?

I have 2 pay sites that I just don't have time to run:

I have content to last several years even with daily updates but I am not a good trafficker nor do I have one for this kind of site. And I don't have the time to do maintenance or pay someone else to do it as it currently is not making money to justify it, because I don't work it. I am looking for someone experienced in this field that would like another site with all the content he or she needs to keep it going. I will give you 70% of net with a 12 month commitment and if you want to revamp/redesign it I will give you 90% of net for the first 3 months after completion. We provide everything you need and you do ALL the work. If you already have at least one pay site making a minimum of one paid sign-up a day then we will consider you for this. I would prefer someone in Southern California area but it is not requirement.
