Going out for my LAST cigarette in 10 min!!!
 

I posted a few days ago that I was going to quit smoking midnight of June 3rd (my birthday). That moment is quickly approaching... wish me luck!!

cigarettes are worst than alcohol with the return rate.

most drunks cant stay away from alcohol, but even harder is it to stay away from cigarettes.

I smoked for 16 years and quit about a year ago (I actually lost track of when I quit...) and I am soooo glad I quit. I wish you luck, and all the best. You will be very happy with yourself when you do quit... at least I am with myself. :)

Don't give up, it really does get easier with time. :)

you can quit, I did. Just think to yourself that you're just putting off the next smoke... forever.


It's always just one more. So just don't have that one more.

The nicotine is out of your system sooner than you think. Most of it's just a habit of reaching for a smoke at certain instances.


All a cigarette does is satisfy the craving for a cigarette. There's no high. Once you're over the actual craving, it's all mental. and you can beat that.


They smell like shit and make your breath smell like shit. Just think of that whenever you think you want one. They'll gross you out and it ain't worth it.
