I need this script, kinda like "send this page to a friend" kinda stuff.

Basically, they filled out 5 email address to a friend, and once they do that, they will get a random number after the complete the form. The reason why i want them to get the random number is because I will be drawing weekly prizes for those that filled out the form... let me know if you can do this
