Is the rumor true, that if you shoot heroin/ smoke crack once, you will instantly get physically addicted to it?

No more than you become physically addicted to alcohol after a night of hard drinking. Hangover symptoms are essentially a mild form of alcohol withdrawal... its not all dehydration as many people think.

Tried crack once. It makes you feel very tired in a good way, like you've just run a marathon, but totally euphoric at the same time. Never did it again tho.

No experience with heroin.

Ya, i got addicted to crack after doing it once. Thats a horrible addiction to have. Fortunately, after 2 years i was able to give it up completely and move on to coke.

No but things you should know..

Crack can kill you the first time trying it. Weed on the other hand has a very low % of deaths of first time users.

Crack is poor mans Coke.

heroin - Only drug that will kill you for sure, just a matter of time.
(rest can kill you but not like heroin)

If you have to pick one go with Weed!

must not of been any good then.... the coke I did back in '85 was so fucking good, I was begging for more long before it wore off.... was the only drug I ever felt I couldn't control.
