I've seen most of his playoff games - and when the Devils got to OT, I'm thinking "oh well, we'll get 'em next game". Matry is freaking brutal in OT - not just this season - over his entire playoff career. I guess if he had a fragile psyche, he'd have washed out of the league by now. Jiggy looked strong tonight - gonna be tough to get goals the rest of the way. |
It's going to be tough on the Ducks, but I think they can win the next 2 and win the series. If we goto Game 7 then I think NJ will take it.

Least the last 2 games the Ducks looked great, not like the first 2 where they just didn't look like a team who Sweep Detroit, beat dallas then didn't allow a goal for 3 games. Maybe Jiggy can shut them down at home.

Classic Ducks hockey!!! Another OT win and another shutout. I got home from the gym just in time to watch ~36 seconds of OT hockey, lol....it was a kick-ass 36 seconds though!!

Sure it can be classic Ducks hockey. They are setting records with the # of OT games played & won in the playoffs/finals, as well as # of shutout games by any 1 specific goalie during the playoffs. BTW, I'm pissed that the Expos are out of town once again when I'm visiting:( Would have been kick-ass to see them play someone like the Mets:thumbsup Anyway, see you tomorrow night dude. |
