I use dotster for domain registration and they charge for the domain forwarding, is there such a service for free?

Anyone used cleverforward.com? Do they provide catch-all forwarding?
Ex. typing in www.blah.com/nodir or www.blah.com/image.jpg forwards to www.myredirecturl.com |
