i think they actually host their site with a russian friend
that runs bannedhost.

Their site is currently under heavy DOS attack by
russian l33t h4ck3rs causing the webserver to overload
resulting in a 500 error. :2 cents:

If so, while I am not overly concerned by 'offshore' in and of itself, when you combine 'offshore' with 'Russian' you are asking for troublesky. In fact if it was being run domestically but by a Russian I would worry. Russians are the one doing virtually all the fraud on the internet (and the Nigerians).
