When in Vegas? Where do u like to stay?

Where does everybody like to stay when in Vegas?

NBDesign 06-02-2003 03:44 PM

Cheapest place I can find.....

Why waste money on a room... I am never in it. :thumbsup

Ross 06-02-2003 03:45 PM

I've only been once and that was in January and we stayed in the Venetian. It was excellent, but this year I hope to stay in the Bellagio or Ceasers Palace.

They all look so good its hard to choose, but I think The Bellagio will win our business this year, it looks outstanding!

socalcash 06-02-2003 03:45 PM

But...

Dont u think the whole fun of going to Vegas is feeling like a king.
Hence the nice room?

I think the whole fun about going to Vegas is living it up. So yeah the nice hotel and room is a must!

Its only once per year for us coz of how far we must travel. It takes us about 16 hours from leaving here to arriving at the hotel so we may as well live it up! :thumbsup

Number1Thumb 06-02-2003 03:54 PM

Mirage baby. Steve Wynn is Vegas and always treated me with gracious comps. Atleast his pit bosses did I should say.

DarkBob 06-02-2003 03:55 PM

El Cortez :thumbsup

NBDesign 06-02-2003 03:57 PM

However, I personally like the older hotels... Tropicana and so on... Those places have history... They are more what Vegas is suppose to be... not a fucking family fun park.

:2 cents:

Mandalay Bay is the best !

if you really want to spend some money
you can get the "real world" suite in Palms Hotel for $5k a night

i've never seen rooms in Bilagio but i hear its pretty nice too

venetian i'm not a fan off, but have stayed there about 4-5 times for the conventions

Thats pretty good. Mandalay's regular rooms are $100 -> $240 a night depending on when you go, but its worth it imo. Their room service rocks and the restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are killer. I only go in the off season and usually never leave the place if its only for 3-4 days.

Or do you lose 500 at Mccarran airport as your waiting to fly home. Or maybe sit down with gramma at the local gas station and pull some slots:thumbsup

socalcash 06-02-2003 04:08 PM

Its all about Ceasars

JOP 06-02-2003 04:13 PM

I like the Mandalay Bay the most too...

Nice rooms and a relaxed lounge feeling. Itīs also often not

so overcrowded like the venitian and others.

I drive it... I hate to fly. Grandma rides shotgun.

Herb Kornfield 06-02-2003 04:17 PM

Venetian is fly....however, I think that the bellagio is my next place to chill....

Sin_Vraal 06-02-2003 04:18 PM

I prefer the venetian... although I also like mandalay bay.

I hate gambling at the venetian tho. Their dealers are pricks.

Pornwolf 06-02-2003 04:22 PM

Bellagio is best. Mandalay bay and The Palms follows. Sometimes I go only for a Sunday to hang with friends and stay at Ceasars. They have the best Sportsbar/sports booking area in the world. There's no better place to watch the games on sunday than back there!

Kimmykim 06-02-2003 04:26 PM

The Four Seasons at Mandalay is the best non casino experience...

The Aladdin has fantastic service and Mandalay is great too.

The Four Seasons is the best place I have stayed in vegas yet. They upgraded my girlfriend and I to some huge corner suite when I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was exceptional. Now, Bellagio and the Venetian are amazing also. Understand this, if money is no object, each and every major casino in LV is going to impress the hell out of you, it just all depends on what your looking for and what your willing to pay for it:thumbsup

Easton 06-02-2003 06:52 PM

The Venetian... we stayed there for 10 days during Internext and AVN... i was sad to leave...

Exosist 06-02-2003 06:56 PM

when in vegas I like to sleep on the left side of the black jack table.

netstarz 06-02-2003 07:42 PM

We usually stay at the Luxor. Kind of laid back but has everything we would ever need. COOL as hell building too.

fris 06-02-2003 07:54 PM

we have a time share at the mgm grand. thats where i stay.

Extreme John 06-02-2003 07:59 PM

I've stayed in a bunch,

MGM Grand - Terrace Suite (Awesome room, with an amazing view, Jacuzzi inside and outside on the terrace.

Mandalay Bay - Love it but I always get my ass kicked in craps there.

Venetian - Can't remember the Suite but it's the one with the Bar (2 TV's above it), big ass living room, Master Bedroom Suite with the Jacuzzi tub.

Harrah's - Some pretty amazing 2 Bedroom Suite's (only for comp guests though)

Rio - All Suites, really nice, and I do pretty amazing their in craps, younger crowd always = fun :)

PersianKitty 06-02-2003 08:20 PM

Luxor... The suites in the upper floors of the towers are great.

Interlude 06-02-2003 08:25 PM

Mirage, twice a year for the last 6 years. I like the Bellagio as a second choice but it's just a bit too big for my taste. Mirage is beautiful without being overwhelming IMO.

theking 06-02-2003 09:24 PM

In a casino.

Nasty D 06-02-2003 09:44 PM

hard rock pool most of the time:thumbsup
