Possible twist on the iBill fiasco?

On Friday, when I made my weekly check run, I saw I still hadn't received my May 22nd check from iBill (I have one sponsor who uses them).

Then this morning I saw the CMI was down.

So I checked the GFY board to see if anything was up and... tons of IBILL threads on the board (OH SHIT!).

I called support and they said I would have to e-mail someone to find out what's going on.

Then I started doing some research (read through old GFY threads, checked out ICPT, the parent company). From what I can see, it seems like a couple things are going on:

1. IBILL's parent company is now saying they want to get out of adult processing.

2. IBILL is having big problems in Europe, most notably losing VISA processing capability.

SO... here's the possible twist:

Are the people experiencing payment problems dealing with European sponsors? Has IBILL possibly frozen or halted payments that are routed through their European division?
