I bet it will do good but you may want to put some text on the images at the very bottom so it don't look like a thumbnail alot of tgs's wont list this gallery just cause of that.

OK, it looks awful in Opera browser, not too bad in MSIE, but -

lose the huge graphic on top of the page - it isn't linked, it doesn't seem to be important, why burn the BW?

lose all thumbs linked to the sponsor - you'll probably get blacklisted more than you're liked when you use blind thumbs

work on the text - get the guys horny
many TGPs have some anal rules about number of links on the page - it's better to have 1-2 strong links to the sponsor (youcan have unlinked text getting them hot and bothered though)

once I saw it in MSIE I would take back the initial harsh review, but it still needs work, IMHO
