mysql server on freebsd

Anyone here that can install it?
I have been trying for 5 hours now, no luck...... i ain't that much of a freebsd wizzard.

darksoul is installing it as we speak on my server i think, i'll jkeep you posted. My server runs freebsd 5.x.

I've had no problems with it in over 4 months.

mysql on freebsd 4.x doesnt support SMP unless you compile it against the LinuxThreads libary. Keep me posted about 5.x.

still running smoothly....... well, the server is just running for 4 days now, i'll keep you posted on freebsd 5.x
