adjusting the sleeping pattern
so, i usually average goin to sleep at around 7:00 AM and waking up around 2 or 3 PM... but, thats been goin on for too long so yesterday i decided to stay up all day, and just get to sleep around 12:00 AM, which is what i did... woke up at 6:00 AM.. .so now im wakin up around the time i usually go to sleep...
the days have always seem to go by much quicker, since i was awake during the whole night... wonder how this shit'll affect me, being normal and all. hopefully it'll help me get more work done, er something. :winkwink: |
stop fucking around and start going to bed at 23:00 and wake up at 08:00

I'm stuck in the going to bed at 6am and wake up at 2pm phase...
It's a lot easier to work latenight for me... no interruptions, etc. |
I've been messing with my sleep schedule a lot too, which probably isn't the best thing in the world. I do webcam and occassionally the "hot" hours change, so I need to be flexible so I can make the most money.
One day I'd like to be on a set schedule though. |
I was doing the thing where you sleep twice a day for 2 or 3 hours for the last couple of weeks. It was horrible.
