MMS (MyMemeberSite) Decline in members
 

Does anyone use MMS?

Not only have a seen a steep decline in members over the past year, the site itself has rolled out so many new features (most of them no one wants) I can't help but think they have damaged the ability for people to use sites that run on their platform; resulting in a decline in paying members.

Does anyone have an experience or knowledge regarding this?

If you're like me you've contacted their support numerous times, ONLY to ALWAYS find the support agents never know ANYTHING about their own site and I end up having to convince them that parts of their site are broken, to only about half the time get through to them and have them fix the broken features.
