Glory hole days in the repo industry

Lots are so full we can’t park our own vehicles inside the gates. I have investments in 7 companies and actually have a job with one of the companies. No I don’t repo but I do go out with them sometimes and we have lots of fun. These guys are very talented. It’s common for these guys to get shot at some point. We get plenty of Porche, BMW, Range Rover, and Audi. We get info from all sorts of places to find people. If you exist you can be found. We have camera cars running 24/7 finding the cars people hide in garages. Eventually they go for a drive.

There are strict laws protecting the debtors. We can’t post any videos or info online. We cannot even talk to their family member. The tv shows and social media videos are mostly fake. I suspect the real videos you can find are cars from buy here pay here lots as they won’t have strict policies like the banks.

a couple times now i've seen some beatup cars driving around with license plate readers and a laptop running in the center console. I always wondered what was was about / where someone would even get a database like that?

There is an industry standard database for that. It integrates into an app called Clearplan which is a mapping software with its own database for addresses that the camera cars feed and skip tracers feed. Then we also get out and check VINS on cars like Challengers because their owners are savy so they put fake plates on or take the front plate off and always back into parking spots so the license plate readers don’t pick them up. The only way to prevent your car from being repossessed is to always park it in a locked garage at your house or behind a gate with a lock on it. We go into secure parking garages at apts and condos. Stop at the grocery store for a bag of chips and we will get it. Different states have different laws so in some areas you could be sitting in your car with it turned on and we can grab it. And not all repo companies follow the law so even if you have it in a locked garage they might use some electric devise to trick the sensors or just use a bolt cutter. I know a guy in the northeast who does that.

We had a huge day today.

We are currently cleaning up one of the most expensive zip codes on the planet.
