Start-Stop Motion

Good morning.

The equipment uses multiple identical electric linear actuators(OYOSTEPPER) to synchronously clamp the workpiece. While the synchronization during uniform movement meets the standard, there is a slight time difference in the extension and retraction of each push rod during each start-up and stop, making it highly susceptible to bumping or damaging the workpiece.

The driver model and pulse parameters are all identical, and the shielding wiring has been optimized. It's unclear whether the issue stems from differences in internal transmission inertia or a time lag in command interpretation.

Seeking a synchronization optimization solution. Thank you.

You can not calibrate for timing difference? It should not vary if I am understanding this correctly it would be constant. The variance is most likely in the stepper motors themselves so you need to calibrate in your driver. what are you machining?

OMG! I accidentally stumbled into an intellectualized shit storm.

:Oh crap

this is cnc like how the motors move the tooling around such as routers, laser engravers, 3d printer, waterjet machines stuff like that
