Start-Stop Motion
Good morning.
The equipment uses multiple identical electric linear actuators(OYOSTEPPER) to synchronously clamp the workpiece. While the synchronization during uniform movement meets the standard, there is a slight time difference in the extension and retraction of each push rod during each start-up and stop, making it highly susceptible to bumping or damaging the workpiece.
The driver model and pulse parameters are all identical, and the shielding wiring has been optimized. It's unclear whether the issue stems from differences in internal transmission inertia or a time lag in command interpretation.
Seeking a synchronization optimization solution. Thank you.
