What AI Tools Are You Actually Using for Business?

I have been setting up an AI operator / robot for real business work, and it feels like this is where things are going next.

Not just AI for writing posts or making images. More like an AI command center for:

- lead research
- CRM cleanup
- follow-ups
- email/message drafts
- content planning
- production checklists
- daily reminders

The interesting part is how much one experienced operator can now manage with the right AI setup.

For people here using AI in a real business:

What do you use now?

ChatGPT? Claude? Grok? Perplexity? Make/Zapier? Custom agents? Something else?

And what is actually saving you time or making you money?

The game-changer for me hasn't been a single chatbot, but the Make + Claude combo.

Using ChatGPT for brainstorming is fine, but connecting Claude's API to a CRM via Make handles the heavy lifting. I’ve found Claude much better at maintaining a "human" tone for automated email drafts and follow-ups compared to the others.

If you're doing lead research, Perplexity is the only one I trust for real-time data without the hallucinations. It’s basically replaced Google for my pre-meeting prep. The "command center" vibe is definitely the way to go, one solid automation flow beats ten browser tabs any day.

I agree Perplexity is definitely awesome for search. Perplexity and Gemini seem to alternate for me on which searches better in any given month.
