So this takes the cake.
This week I loaded a clip with a model named Drehyden and sent in docs like usual They denied the clip saying the docs DONT match the performer in the video. I rerspond saying what are you talking about that is his docs. Nio answer so I send a scgeen shot of him in the video , his ID and docs and say this IS HIM . The next fay the clip is approved.
Now yesterday I load a Lucy Tghai clip and my account gets put on hold. Reason being they said Lucy Thai docs incorrect. I respond with the doc pdf again and they respond Im sending docs for the WRONG MODEL !!.So again I send the individual pages and IDS and say how can you say this is not her docs, They respond saying thankyou we will get back to you. Meanwhile my account still on hold.
So I actually call creator support and same thing nothing but a complete idiot reading from a piece of paper a response. I wish Neil was back as this would NEVER happen with him in charge.

in a phone store. showed ID. then the clerk took a photo of me with her phone and had to call her boss cause the photo and ID "didnt match".

would have walked out but i'd already paid $10....

Store still locked and they asked me a FOURTH TIME for the same docs

The consent form for the performer Ben English (833957) appears to be incomplete. Some pages may be missing, or the image is cropped, cutting off important details.


Its the same fucking release we have added 1000 other times
all pages there , complete scans. nothing cut off
