How can that fucker still have a job after all the shit that's happened there? They should have cleaned house a long time ago - d* |
Actually they did clean house a bit ago when they got bought out. The CMI has been down for days, they made a post about it. Something about a power surge, they said that it will not affect rebills at all.
I've used IBILL for a long time, and have always hated the CMI, it drives me crazy, the features suck. But you don't have to worry about the rebills, they should be fine, no idea when it will be fixed though |

I can't in the whole world comprehend how a company can have 100's of complaints about how shitty their CMI is/was and NOT fix it. I mean, WHAT. THE. FUCK.
?? I am baffled. If Ibill was a new company and didn't have 50 million in rebills going through them, they would have no webmasters. "Fuck IBILL. Fuck them up their stupid asses." (Jay and Silent Bob) |

The following is only a guess....
But I think that the new improvments in the CMI are the reason the CMI is not with us anymore The excuse of a power surge just doesnt cut it for me atm, as surely a power surge means - (replace the burnt boxes with new ones, and restore the data) So unless iBill's back up systems for their CMI sucks so badly that a junior web designer could do a better job, then me thinks another problem is really to blame, and the "surge" excuse is pure BS There endeth my guess..... ************** But just so iBill (if they ever read these posts) understands my concerns, I list them here again in another thread: 1) Without the CMI, we cannot offer customer support 2) Without customer support, we cannot solve password problems or properly handle cancel requests 3) That means we will see an increase in our chargebacks, which will result in higher fines against our accounts 4) So we have shut our traffic down to iBill, and we are now losing sales Bottom line - Lost sales - Higher fees - risk to merchant account (MID) - pissed off customers Do you get this message iBill? |
has anyone tested out https://www.ibillcs.com/ to see if it's working?

So that means our clients whose passwords doent work, then go to ibillcs.com to cancel, and that doesnt work Do you all know what the next word is going to be? CHARGEBACK |
Yeah, come to think of it, why the fuck are they still using that shitty interface? I can't even tell how many clicks I send to iBill sites.. CCBill gives me 3x more information, on one page, and it's eaaaasy.. Does iBill have employees?
