Who are you guys using these days for high CTR compliant creatives for networks like TrafficJunky and ExoClick?

Looking for someone/team that understands all the restrictions and can make:

clean compliant banners
short GIF/native style ads
strong CTR creatives
mobile + desktop
dating/cams/AI style angles
stuff that actually gets approved consistently

Would prefer people who already know TJ/Exo compliance so there’s less back and forth.
