Who are people trying to sell links on the same sites?
 

I am getting an increased number of "offers". Same domains all over again, from various people (multiple times per day). Do they even sell something? I mean, if a webmaster wants a link, he will simply go and contact the site owner.

Just today, I got an email where my own site was offered to me.
