Traffic Lead to Own Reddit/Telegram/X Distribution for AI Adult Platform
 

We're an AI companion platform in the adult space looking to hire a Traffic Lead to own our entire social distribution operation across Reddit, Telegram, and X/Twitter.

We have a large content library ready to deploy. We need one person who can build the strategy, hire and manage sub-operators underneath them, and drive real traffic to our platform.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

- Build the distribution strategy across Reddit, Telegram, X
- Hire and manage sub-operators/VAs — you build the team, we fund it
- Decide what platforms to hit, how to post, which subs/channels convert
- We provide the content library and budget, you run the show
- Weekly reporting on traffic, conversions, and spend

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 6+ months experience running traffic for OF creators or adult platforms
- You've managed Reddit accounts, TG channels, or X accounts at scale
- You know what good looks like — conversion rates, CTR benchmarks, ban management
- Bonus: you already have a network of operators you can bring

PAY: $800-1,500/mo for you + separate budget for sub-operators and ads
