I remember about 5 years ago laying in bed worrying about some bill I couldn't pay - I had this realization that there was fuck all I could do about it laying in bed at 3am and it stuck - I went back to sleep - Now I use that and always ask myself if there is something I can do about my problem right there, right now - 9 times out of 10 the answer is no...

Sound like a depression to me. But same. Nowadays it`s hard to live especially to build wealth and stable future, so many people give up idea to be able afford their own home, just live another month or a weak. Hard work does nothing, every year seems worse. I would recommend to find you are interested in, what makes you happy, and give it a try or something.
