Canadian toy store looking for affiliates (de minimis screwed us — adapting)
Hey guys,
Figured I’d stop lurking and actually post. I run a Canadian-based adult ecom store — What She Needs (whatsheneeds.ca). We’re focused on body-safe toys, decent quality stuff, and keeping things discreet for customers. Still pretty early stage — traffic is low right now (roughly 10–25/day) and conversions are basically non-existent so far. I’m working on content, SEO, and starting to push more social, but figured I’d ask people who actually know what they’re doing. Main reason I’m posting: With the U.S. de minimis situation changing, shipping cross-border from Canada has become a pain — so I’m primarily looking to work with Canadian affiliates/traffic right now. What I’m looking for: Canadian creators / affiliates (TikTok, Reddit, X, etc.) Commission-based setup (open to working something out that makes sense) People who can actually move traffic, not just post and hope Also curious: What’s actually working for traffic in 2026 in this niche? Right now I’m: Posting short-form content (TikTok/IG) Starting Reddit outreach Working on SEO/blog content But clearly missing something since traffic isn’t moving. If anyone’s: Interested in running traffic as an affiliate Has suggestions on what’s actually converting right now Or sees something obvious I’m doing wrong I’m all ears. Appreciate any input. — CP |
