i was supposed to fly to Dubai to meet my dear old friend and a colleague the day when the attacks started. so the meeting place was changed to... fucking Kazan. things were getting a bit out of control in Newcastle so i decided to go anyway. missed three flights, got put on the fourth one - woke up in Antalya and that was nice three days of calm: turkish delights, sun, females (i only look i don't touch)... then i fly to fucking Kazan, get detained, arrested, fsb arrived. i was labeled a supporter of terrorist organisation (Ukrainian armed forces), populariser of depravity (they laughed a lot at pidor.ai which in russian means 'faggot'), and also an organised crime member - basically game over for farang. they threw me into a cell with tadzhychs... that was bad.

long story short my friends came to the rescue, i'm a free man now (banned from entering russian federation for life) hanging out in Istanbul laleli street. i eat, i sleep, inject testosterone, pump iron... it's good to be alive!

You seem to have alot of issues when traveling throughout the years :2 cents:

worst was with a friend and got bumped from an oversold flight. got the next flight AND free tickets for another.

and theyve gone through my luggage a few times. the bahstards.

ps....only testosterone once or twice a month or the body forgets how to make it naturally.

How was the food and place to sleep?

worse than Georgian jail. i didn't eat or sleep. thankfully the whole ordeal lasted just under 24 hours, and i've been eating pretty much non-stop for 2 days now. i'm loving life, the sun is shining. so excited to go watch Project Hail Mary tomorrow.

Holy fuck that must have been a huge rush to get out of there and back to Turkey, imagine all of the poor sons of bitches who are still stuck in that hell hole...

My brother flew from that airport just a couple of hours before they bombed it.

And when he was going home he had to choose a plane that also had to stopover in Dubai.
And that was ~24 hours before they bombed it for the second time.

My wife has been to Doha twice in the past year and missed the insanity by about 4 weeks. Crazy.
